Once I looked up how to properly name files everything worked perfectly so perhaps a lot of folks are having issues with that. I put Plex on my Samsung smart TV maybe 2 years ago and have loved loading it up with thousands of my movies & hundreds of my TV shows now all nicely organized with perfect descriptions and guess what.if there's something I don't like that Plex loads (it's called metadata) I can just edit it and overwrite every detail. I am pretty shocked by all of the negative reviews on here. Plex sounds great on paper, and maybe it was great once upon a time, but today it´s just a money hungry scam company. After googling my problems it´s pretty clear I´m not the only one having these issues and no one knows how to fix them. And the best/worst part is, they don´t have any technical support! This is seriously a company that have a payed subscription model, and doesn´t offer any help to their customers, they rely fully on a forum for that. Happens on all three OS:es, but not as often on Windows. When playing music it often stops after 2-3 tracks, at which point you have to open the app to restart it. The music is constantly lagging when using the Plex iPhone or Android app to the point where it´s unusable, and it happens on the Windows app too, although not as often. The sorting system for your content is absolute bovine excrement and it´s a pain to get anything sorted in a decent manner. Bugs, bugs everywhere! I was hoping Plex could be a worthy replacement for iTunes but so far I´ve had nothing but problems.
